A participant accepts these Terms by electronically ticking acceptance, replying in an acceptance format requested by the Company, joining a designated 2Clip channel after being sent the Terms, or submitting a task after having been given a reasonable opportunity to review the Terms.
The Company may keep an electronic record of acceptance, onboarding, submissions, and communications for audit, security, payout, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Participants must provide accurate registration information and keep bank, wallet, or other payout details current.
Participants must have lawful access to the device, number, data services, and accounts used to participate.
The Company may verify identity, age, residence, device capability, and local-area knowledge before or during participation.
2Clip is a task-based, campaign-driven field data programme. It does not guarantee a minimum volume of work, a minimum amount of income, or ongoing participation rights.
Campaigns may be paused, changed, expanded, narrowed, or cancelled at any time depending on client needs, safety, budget, quality, legal risk, or operational constraints.
Participants must follow the submission format, quality rules, category taxonomy, and campaign instructions supplied by the Company.
Participants must only capture data from lawful, safe, and appropriate vantage points, ordinarily public places, and must not trespass, harass members of the public, or interfere with any business operations.
Participants must avoid capturing identifiable faces, children, vehicle registration numbers, or other unnecessary personal information where this is not required for the mission.
If optional owner or contact details are requested, participants must only submit information that is lawfully obtained, relevant to the mission, and not excessive.
Participants must not submit fabricated, copied, misleading, duplicate, stale, or manipulated content.
Each submission may be checked for completeness, duplicate status, geolocation quality, timestamp consistency, image quality, category accuracy, business-name formatting, and compliance with mission rules.
The Company may reject, downgrade, hold, or request rework of any submission that is incomplete, unsafe, poor quality, suspected to be fraudulent, submitted outside the permitted window, or otherwise non-compliant.
The Company’s records and validation logic will be used for payout and dispute purposes, subject to any review procedure communicated for the relevant campaign.
Any point system, leaderboard, bonus, bounty, or cash reward is governed by the campaign rules published for the applicable activation.

Participants remain responsible for their own tax affairs, subject to any withholding or reporting duty imposed on the Company by law.

The participant waives, to the extent legally permitted, any moral rights or similar claims that would prevent the Company from using, adapting, analysing, combining, or commercialising the submission.
The participant may not sell, reuse, publish, or disclose 2Clip mission data, payout logic, datasets, client-specific information, or internal operating materials without written permission.
Personal information is processed in accordance with the 2Clip Privacy Policy. Participants must read the Privacy Policy before participating.

Marketing messages, if any, will be handled separately in accordance with applicable law and opt-in requirements.
Participants may not enter unsafe, restricted, or private areas without lawful permission; impersonate the Company; threaten or abuse others; or use the programme for unlawful purposes.
The Company may suspend or remove a participant immediately where it reasonably suspects fraud, safety breaches, data-protection breaches, misconduct, policy violations, or reputational harm.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk, subject always to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation, failed submissions, delayed campaigns, device/network failures, or payout delays caused by third-party systems.
The participant indemnifies the Company against losses arising from the participant’s unlawful conduct, privacy breaches, trespass, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
The Company may update these Terms by giving reasonable notice through the platform, WhatsApp group, website, onboarding pack, or another operational channel.
South African law governs these Terms. The parties will first attempt to resolve operational disputes in good faith through the Company’s internal review process before either party escalates the matter further.
